Erasmus+ Week at the University of Bialystok is ahead of us
Integration and information meetings, a photo competition, an Erasmus+ playlist and even an international breakfast – m.in are the attractions that await students, doctoral students and employees of the University of Bialystok during the Erasmus+ Week, which will take place on 24-28 February this year at the University of Bialystok. The International Cooperation Department invites you to celebrate together.
- Erasmus+ Week aims not only to bring knowledge about the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Programme, but also to integrate Polish and foreign students who study at our university, get to know each other's cultures and encourage them to participate in international exchange - says Anna Maj, Head of the International Cooperation Department at the University of Bialystok.
The event will start on Monday, February 24 and will last until Friday, February 28. You can now vote for the most beautiful photo from the Erasmus+ trip in the photo competition organized by DWM. Votes can be cast until February 26 at: https://forms.office.com/e/2AWHttCTEG
As part of Erasmus+ Week, the International Relations Office also wants to create an Erasmus+ playlist. Until February 28, anyone interested can submit their favorite songs, which will then be included in one playlist, created jointly by Polish and foreign students and employees. Detailed program:
Monday (24 February)
Meeting with incoming students under the Erasmus+ programme, NOE Faculty building, Hall C.02 at 13:00.
Tuesday (25 February) Meeting with Polish students interested in mobility under the Erasmus+ programme for studies, internships, BIP, NOE Faculty building, room C.2.3, 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday (26 February) Mixers (meetings, integration activities for Polish and foreign students/PhD students) at the faculties:
Mixer 1) place – University Centre for Culture and Science on the UwB campus, room Feniks, 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.; 8 Faculties will participate in this mixer: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, International Relations, Educational Sciences, Cultural Studies.
Mixer 2) place - UwB Building at NZS Square, room 108, 11.30 a.m.; 4 Faculties will participate in this mixer: Philology, History, Sociology, Philosophy and Cognitive Science.
Mixer 3) place: Faculty of Law, room 120, 9.30 a.m.; 3 faculties will take part in this mixer: Law, Economics and Finance, Management.
Thursday (27 February)
International breakfast (French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish and Polish cuisine - due to Fat Thursday, there will be no shortage of doughnuts and faworki! Place: common room of the Student Dormitory, 1 Żeromskiego Street, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Friday (28 February)
Results of the photo competition and award ceremony, Rector's Office building of the University of Bialystok, 20 Świerkowa Street, room 314, 9 a.m. The authors of the best photos will be awarded by Agnieszka Piekutowska, PhD, Vice-Rector of the University for Science and International Cooperation.
