Procedure for incoming students

Dear Students!

Welcome at the Faculty of Economics and Finance, University of Bialystok!

Erasmus+ Coordinator for incoming students is Joanna Zielińska erasmus.econfin@uwb.edu.pl, responsible for approving learning agreements, preparing transcript of records and providing general information.

In the Student’s Office You can contact Beata Szubzda, room 104 – b.szubzda@uwb.edu.pl  

Student's office hours

From the Student’s Office You will receive an e-mail with a new e-mail address and a password.

After You log into usos system with Your new e-mail and password, You should see Your schedule. From now on, please use ONLY UwB student account to contact the Student’s Office.

You need to pay for the student card and send to the Student’s Office a confirmation of payment. You will receive an e-mail from the Student’s Office on uwb.edu.pl account, when Your student card is ready to collect.

Some courses are not launched at the Faculty of Economics and Finance and they must be changed in the learning agreements. The list of available courses will be sent by Erasmus+ Coordinator at the beginning of the semester. If You want to change courses in Your LA, You need to do it once within the period of 30 days from the start of the semester.

Please check usos schedule systematically during the semester - some courses can be cancelled from day to day due to absence of teachers.

If You have any timetable conflicts of courses at the Faculty of Economics and Finance, please write to erasmus.econfin@uwb.edu.pl.

If you want to see courses from other faculties (such as Law, Management, etc.) in Your schedule, please contact the Erasmus+ coordinators of those faculties and ask them to add you to the list of participants (check here: https://uwb.edu.pl/en/exchange-students/erasmus-4669/list-of-erasmus-coordinators). Once they do, You will see these courses in the usos system.
