Membership in European University Alliance
In October 2019, the University of Bialystok became a member of the European University Alliance. Membership is the result of cooperation between the Faculty of Economics and Finance and Anne-Marie Gorisse - President of EUA. The University of Bialystok is among 215 members of the organization - higher education institutions, 8 of which (including UwB) come from Poland.
European University Alliance aims to support the internationalisation of European Higher Education. The aim of the EUA is, inter alia, promoting high-quality student mobility, facilitating collaboration and exchange of experiences between members, and raising awareness of European problems that affect student recruitment and mobility.

The Faculty's participation in the EU4EU initiative In December 2018, the Faculty joined the EU4EU initiative, coordinated by EuGen (European Generation). EuGen is a social promotion association (based in Rome) working with European partners to develop international initiatives. EuGen coordinates a network of around 500 international partner organizations.

Within the EU4EU project, the Faculty was selected by many trainees as the host institution. The first internships started in February 2019. So far, the internships have been completed by: Ms. Burgo Bayo Fernández - Universidad de Burgos (Spain), Maria Rita Zedda - Università degli studi di Roma La Sapienza (Italy) oraz Mauro Melis Università degli studi di Cagliari (Italy), Orkhan Naghiyev z Università degli studi di Roma La Sapienza (Italy), Mr. Sercan Demir Anadolu University – Turkey and Francesco Lozupone - Università di Bari (Italy).

Our Great Trainees
Global Scholars
In November 2016, the Faculty joined the Global Scholars initiative. Global Scholars is an international educational community connecting students of economics and practitioners, which includes over 130 educational institutions from 78 countries around the world. Participation in the program allows, among others on-line training or access to research. Global Scholars participants also have the opportunity to participate in international internships.
